"A keeper for sure"

I feel it's my turn to do some work. It seems that in business, all we hear is the bad, few take the time to go in and thank someone for the effort and work they put in. I want to make sure that American Family is aware that you have a wonderful claims adjuster in Debbie Lorent, she cares about her customers, follows up and is clear and willing to slow down and talk in terms that normal Joe can understand. I would love to have had her assigned to handled my PIP piece of this, but I will take what I got. I want you to understand what I feel you got in Debbie - Outstanding, Caring, Prompt.
