Corporate Incentive Program
American Family Insurance recognizes that the performance of all employees collectively and individually has a direct impact on our company’s overall success. This is the philosophy that guides our Corporate Incentive Program (CIP). CIP is an annual program that provides financial incentives to reward employees for helping to achieve company results.
