Life Insurance
Our Group Life Insurance Plan, in the form of term life insurance, provides twice your annual base salary for all full-time and some part-time employees. Coverage is provided immediately upon hire at no cost to you.
Sick Leave
Sick leave is paid time off for use during absences due to personal illness, injury or medical appointments. Time is earned each pay period and is available for use as soon as it's earned. Also, there is no limit to the amount of sick leave you can accrue.
Short-Term Disability
Short-term disability is another program that protects you financially. It replaces 70% of your income in the event that you can't work due to an injury, illness or personal health condition. All full-time and some part-time employees are immediately enrolled at no cost. Short-term disability provides income protection from the 43rd day to the 90th day of a continuous absence.
Long-Term Disability
Coverage under the Long-Term Disability plan is available if you are unable to work due to injury, illness, or personal health condition while actively employed. Our long-term disability plan will provide 60% pay replacement starting on the 91st day of a continuous absence. Full-time and some part-time employees are immediately eligible for long-term disability. Long-term disability is fully insured though UNUMProvident Corporation and is provided at no cost to all full-time and some part-time employees immediately upon hire.
