We've met with small and large groups in formal town halls and informal listening sessions. We also continue to leverage the diverse perspectives of our women's and multicultural business resource groups and have taken ideas back, considered them in our business decisions and made improvements.

Roadside assistance comes through

Dear Am Fam (roadside assistance help from Shawna), I have had my vehicles insured by Am Fam since I was 16, so over 12 years now. I recently had some major car troubles, but I have the roadside assistance program. I made a toll free phone call, and within an hour I had a tow truck helping me out, the best part? Am Fam covered my towing...Shawna the wonderful, nice, and helpful person who assisted me was perfect. Her first question to me was if my car and I are in a safe place (what a wonderful first question :)) Thank you Shawna and Am Fam for your help, and WONDERFUL customer care.
