Before opening the doors to your agency, you'll receive industry-leading training from our award-winning Education Department. After training, you’ll work closely with your agency sales manager to hone and enhance your skills and launch a successful business.
Our agent training program provides a performance-based learning experience centered on the American Family sales process. A blend of learning, practice and real-world application, it combines current technologies and tried-and-true techniques to provide a complete learning experience.

In addition, we offer a generous finance plan, subject to qualification, which provides an advance on future commissions while you’re getting started.
