With American Family's Customer Repair Program (CRP), you select a pre-qualified auto repair facility and we take care of the rest.

Glass Repair Program
The American Family Insurance Glass Repair Program requires no other estimates, and most glass repair shops offer you mobile service.
We have selected glass shops that provide world-class service, and in addition, you receive a workmanship guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle.
Because network shops bill American Family Insurance directly, there is no out-of-pocket cost to you, except your deductible (if one applies).
To be directed to a participating glass repair shop, please contact our Glass Claims Department at 1-800-MYAMFAM (692-6326). Press 1 to report a claim and 1 for a glass-only claim. This will connect you with Safelite, our partner in administering glass-only claims.
