With American Family's Certified Repair Program (CRP), you select a pre-qualified auto repair facility and we take care of the rest.

Repairs have a lifetime workmanship guarantee backed by American Family.
Because of our direct relationship with these shops, repairs can begin sooner than at non-CRP facilities.
There's no need for you to get multiple estimates.
The bill (minus deductible) is sent directly to American Family.

Paying for your repairs out of pocket?
We’ve asked our CRP shops to charge our customers paying out of pocket the same labor rates American Family pays. Ask your claims representative or agent to find a shop near you, or locate one online, and you’ll have peace of mind knowing you’re being charged a fair price.

The American Family Insurance Glass Repair Program requires no other estimates, and most glass repair shops offer you mobile service.
We have selected glass shops that provide world-class service, and in addition, you receive a workmanship guarantee for as long as you own the vehicle.
Because network shops bill American Family Insurance directly, there is no out-of-pocket cost to you, except your deductible (if one applies).
