For auto, home and business insurance policies, you can also report a claim through our online form.
Or, contact your American Family agent directly.
2. You Will Be Contacted
Once your claim is filed, an American Family claim representative will contact you within one business day to go over your claim and the related process.
3. Your Claim Will Be Reviewed
Your personal claim representative will work with you to accurately evaluate your claim.
4. Your Claim Will Be Completed Promptly
After a prompt and fair assessment, your claim will be completed as quickly as possible. Our team members will contact you as necessary, and you're always encouraged to call us at 1-800-MYAMFAM (1-800-692-6326) when you have questions or concerns.
