CRP shops meet highest standards for repairs and customer service (contractors meet insurance liability requirements; comply with state and local statutes; maintain financial stability; and perform criminal background checks on their employees). American Family pays the bill for all damages covered under your policy (minus the deductible).

* You are responsible for your deductible to the contractor and for signing payment over to the contractor after the repairs are completed to satisfaction and you have signed a Certificate of Satisfaction.
