How do I view a claim on my policy?

Once enrolled in My Account and your policy will appear on your My Account Overview page. From the Overview page, you can access any claims associated with that policy by clicking "View" in the Claims column. You can also access claims by clicking the blue arrow and link on the policy information page.

Why doesn't my claim appear?

Not all claims are viewable online. If a current claim does not appear for a specific registered policy, please call 1-800-MYAMFAM (1-800-692-6326). The system only displays claims filed since 1987.

To report a new claim you can complete our online form or ask a question about an existing claim, please call 1-800-MYAMFAM (1-800-692-6326).

Why is there an option to view claims on my policy when I don't have a claim?

When you click "View” under the claim section on My Account Overview, the system checks for claims on your policy. If there is a claim, you can access the information. If there is not a claim, you will see the message: "No claims have occurred on this policy."

What if my claim information is not accurate?
