  • How do I view a claim on my policy?
    • First, register to view your policy. The policy will appear on your My Account Overview page. From this page, you can access any claims associated with that policy by clicking “View” in the Claims column. You can also access claims by clicking the blue arrow and link on the policy information page.

  • Why doesn't my claim appear?
    • Please note that not all claims are viewable online. If a current claim does not appear for a specific registered policy, please call the Claims Call Center at 1-800-MYAMFAM (1-800-692-6326). If a past claim does not appear for a specific registered policy, it may be due to the fact that the system only displays claims since 1987.

      If you need to report a new claim or have a question about any existing claim, please call the Claims Call Center.

  • Why is there an option to view claims on my policy when I don't have a claim?
    • Though there is an option to view the status of your claim for all registered policies, this does not necessarily mean you have any claims on your policy. Rather, when you click “View” the system will check to see if there are any claims on your policy. If there is a claim, you will be able to access the information. If there is not a claim, you will see the following message: “No claims have occurred on this policy.”

  • What if my claim information is not accurate?
    • If you believe your claim information is not correct, please contact the Claim Call Center at 1-800-MYAMFAM (1-800-692-6326).
