Simplify Your Payments with Automated Funds Transfer

When you pay your American Family bills through our Automated Funds Transfer (AFT) option, you no longer need to worry about fees, stamps or checks. Your bill payments are automatically deducted from your checking or savings account the day they're due.

Choose either the minimum amount due for the month or the full renewal premium. You'll only receive a paper bill when the amount due changes.

To set up AFT for your account, contact your agent today.

How do I sign up for AFT?

You need to give your American Family Insurance agent a voided check or deposit slip, so he/she can enter your financial institution's information in our computer system. Your agent will also ask you to complete and sign an authorization form stating that you give American Family Insurance permission to automatically deduct funds from your account. You may want to give this form to your financial institution so it knows you have authorized the transactions.
