Pay by Phone
Call 1-866-424-8002 – available round the clock – and pay your paper bill from checking/savings, or by MasterCard/ Visa debit or credit card.
Drop your payment in the mail 5-7 days before your bill is due ... or bring it right to your American Family Insurance agent's office.
