The purpose of this Website is to provide EDI connectivity information to health care providers who provide services for American Family Insurance Health policyholders. Please note EDI connectivity is not presently available for Casualty claims.
Please follow the instructions below to locate EDI connectivity information:
A. Is this a Medicare Supplement claim?
Look at patient's health insurance card (or copy of it). If there is an s in the policy number, this is a Medicare Supplement claim. You should file the claim with Medicare. Medicare will forward the claim to American Republic as a Crossover claim for Parts A and B. Please visit the Medicare Website.
B. If the claim is not a Medicare Supplement claim, please follow the instructions for the appropriate state below.
- Look at patient's health insurance card (or copy of it). Look on front side of card for the policy number; the state code is listed at the end.
- Select the appropriate state below to proceed (state code in parentheses):
