American Family is anticipating about 2,500 property insurance claims from this storm, along with a similar number of auto insurance claims. Local office teams have been busy handling priority claims and assisting those customers requiring immediate attention. Catastrophe field adjusters have been deployed and are contacting customers to set up appointments.
