Matching Undamaged Siding and Roof Coverage
Want to avoid mismatched siding or roofing materials when a portion of your home has been damaged? American Family Insurance is offering homeowner customers a new option – the Matching Undamaged Siding and Roof Coverage endorsement.1 This product will be available to new homeowner customers Jan. 1, 2010, and to existing homeowner customers as they renew their policies in 2010.

Why should you consider this option?
- The endorsement covers up to $20,000 of the cost to update (with new materials) the undamaged areas of vinyl or metal siding and roofing, if the home's siding or roofing has been damaged and there's a mismatch between the new and undamaged materials.
- This coverage applies to mismatches due to material being discontinued, obsolete or outdated.
- The endorsement costs just $20-$30 per year, depending on your state.
