Time-Tracking Challenge: Make Time for Dreaming
When you ask most people what their greatest obstacle is when it comes to pursuing a dream, they’ll likely say time. There just never seems to be enough of it! How can you possibly start a side business, begin a new hobby or volunteer for a good cause when you only have 24 hours in a day? It’s not easy, but making time to dream and pursue goals is incredibly important. There are a few things you can do. But a good place to start is by tracking your time! It may seem tedious, but by really taking note of absolutely everything you do, you’ll quickly start to notice patterns and may even identify hobbies or tasks that are taking up too much of your valuable time.
So, we challenge you to track your every activity — from sleeping, to eating, working, running errands, watching TV, etc. — for two weeks. At the end of the two weeks, identify some adjustments you can make to clear the way for more dreaming!
