Bernadette prefers to go by her middle name, Lynn, which most people know her as. Lynn has been in the insurance industry for 11 years, and she has worked in our agency for 8 years. She has a beautiful daughter who is currently a student at the University of Missouri - St Louis. She shows the same care and dedication for our clients as she would for her family.

Jess was an accomplished agent with American Family for over 32 years before retiring at the end of 2019. You'll now find Jess spending time with his family, keeping up with their new puppies and routinely poking his head into our office to make sure the high level of service standard he had established is still our top priority.
