Gigi started her insurance career in 2001 in California and quickly came to appreciate the importance of insurance. She truly understands the need to educate customers to help them understand how we are protecting them so they may pursue what makes them happy. She finds this very fulfilling. On a personal note, Gigi finds being a grandmother to be the most fulfilling part of her personal life. She is very close to her three-year old granddaughter and is very blessed to have her part of her life.

Roxanne Rickert is a California native but has called Arizona her home for over a decade. She went to Northern Arizona University and loves the outdoors, hiking and camping are among her passions. She is also a yoga instructor who loves to read and cook. Her two-year-old son keeps her on her toes. She is enamored with hearing people’s stories and loves to travel and explore different cultures.

Tami is a midwesterner at heart, having spent her youth and formative years in Nebraska (Go Big Red!) Upon receiving her MBA from the University of Nebraska – Lincoln, she moved to Arizona and spent the next 12yrs learning and leading at Intel Corporation, before taking a leap to embark on small business ownership and and entrepreneurship. Her love for networking, educating, and analytics brought her to American Family’s door, where she is beyond excited to embark on a new adventure in the insurance industry. Outside of American Family, her world revolves around her seven furry faces at home (4 pups and 3 kits), and those that she supports through her entrepreneurship and animal rescue efforts. Tami’s three all-time favorite quotes are: “Until one has been loved by an animal, a part of one’s soul remains unawakened”, “Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed citizens can change the world; indeed, it's the only thing that ever has”, and of course “Well behaved women rarely make history”.
