The agent Raymond Grim has been a resident of Surprise since 1995. He has spent many years being a valuable citizen of the city of Surprise. For 20 years he coached youth sports including, baseball, basketball, and soccer. He has been a member of the Surprise Regional Chamber of Commerce since 2003. He volunteers time there and is currently the chairperson of the Government Affairs Committee. Raymond also volunteered his time at a local church. He was the senior commander of a boys group called Royal Rangers. He has done many events where they gave away food, clothing, presents, back packs to kids that are in need. Currently he is a pastor at a local church.
