Married to my husband Eamon for 18 Years, Eamon is from Antrim in N Ireland. I was born in Dublin, Ireland and I have lived in the Chicago area for over 29 years. This is where I call home. Two fabulous daughters and 3 dogs, Ali and Phoebe and Fiadh. I have been fortunate to have found great friends in the Irish community here in Chicago.

I have been serving clients on behalf of American Family Insurance for 21 years now. I have 35 years’ experience in the insurance industry. I began my career in London, working in a busy insurance broker. We sold auto, home and business insurance. Shortly I returned to my home in Dublin Ireland. I worked as an underwriter for Eagle Star insurance company. My work here was spent working with the general public and insurance brokers. I preferred the sales aspect of the business and shortly moved to working for AA Ireland. This company was the largest insurance brokers in Ireland and England. They had managed to figure out what the customer wanted. Working at the AA I worked my way up to become an Area Insurance Sales Supervisor. I had the privilege of running my own office and managing staff. My parents immigrated to Chicago in the 1950's, they had 6 daughters raised in Oak Lawn, Illinois. They moved back to Ireland and my life was spent, listening to "How everything in America is better". I was curious and joined some of my family in Chicago in August 1993. I immediately felt at home in the large Irish community here in Chicago. I worked for a short time with a major competitor and finally found home with American Family Insurance. This company offered me the "promise", I needed to deliver to customers. You will find the culture of American Family Insurance to be very friendly, open and honest. I love my job, delivering on promises and helping to restore dreams to our customers.

My favorite hobby is spending time with my wonderful husband and my 2 beautiful daughters. We like to spend quality family time and are enjoying every minute. We travel as much as possible and explore new places. When I get some downtime I like to read. My favorite types of books are self-help, home improvement to self-learning. I have recently taken up gardening and cooking. We have 3 dogs large, medium and small sized. My kids talked us into rescue. We have no regrets.
