Ian has a strong background in sales and is eager to explore the insurance industry. He stay’s active in the community via intramural sports and enjoys outdoor activities like hiking, camping, and cornhole. He enjoys American Family because of the robust team culture and willingness to help him learn. One day, he would love to throw the first pitch at Wrigley!

Jorie is our Office Manager who assists with sales, customer relations, social media, and everything else! She has 9 years industry experience and has worked through a variety of diverse situations over the years to qualify her as our go-to point of contact for all things insurance related.

Lauren recently segued to the insurance industry after years of teaching in Florida. She currently resides in Georgia with her husband and two children. She enjoys outdoor exploring, traveling, and would love to trek cross country on an RV trip! At American Family, she enjoys the opportunity to help people find insurance that fits their family's needs.
