Deanna has been with the Al Lang Agency since 2017 as a Sales Specialist licensed in Illinois in All Lines. She started her career with American Family in 2004 and is dedicated to building relationships and helping customers navigate their insurance needs. Outside of work, Deanna enjoys volunteering for the Boy Scouts, Girl Scouts, helping out at her children’s schools and her church.

Justin is a Rockford native and has over 10 years of small business management and consulting experience. Justin has been a part-time marketing specialist for the Al Lang Agency since 2019. Justin holds an MBA degree in Finance. Justin is licensed in Illinois and Wisconsin in all lines of insurance. Justin enjoys spending time with family and friends in his free time.

Karen grew up in Rockford, IL and has two children. She began her insurance career in 2007 when she started working for Al and now is office manager. Karen is licensed in Illinois in all lines of insurance. Karen enjoys traveling, being a mother, and spending time with her dog.

Penny has worked for Al Lang since 1983, while living in Rockford. She is now working part–time in Arizona and enjoys the weather there. Penny is licensed in Arizona and Illinois in all lines of insurance and welcomes any referrals. She also has 3 daughters and 2 grandchildren.
