I've lived in Ames since 1985, the first year I attended Iowa State University. My wife, Chris, was born and raised in Ames. We were married in 1994 and have a son, Steven(25) and a daughter, Natalie(23).

Prior to becoming an agent, I worked 8 years as Customer Service Representative for my predecessor, Don Varnum I became the Agency Owner in 1999, I took over the Nevada Office in 2009 and the Webster City office in 2018
