My absolute favorite part of my job is working with all of the fantastic customers. I make it my top priority to see they receive outstanding customer service. When I am not working, I enjoy time outdoors, crafting, reading and most importantly, spending time with family.

I have been in the insurance industry for 28 years and with American Family for 16 years. I am licensed in Illinois and Iowa. I enjoy working with people and strive to provide an exceptional customer experience. There is no better feeling then exceeding a customer’s expectations and making them happy. I also enjoy the variety – there is always new things to learn and no two days are the same! I have been married to RC for 26 years. I have 2 stepchildren, Bill and Carolyn, and we have 2 children together, Amy & Molly. I love to cook, read, crochet and knit, travel and spend time with family and friends.

I have worked at the Haffarnan & Associates Agency for more than 20 years as the assistant office manager. I sell all lines of insurance and my expertise is fielding any billing questions. I also manage accounting for the agency. In my spare time, I enjoy spending time with my grown children and six grandchildren, walking the Davenport Recreational Trails with my dog, hiking and traveling.
