Brooke is a Customer Service Representative with two years of experience, recognized for her flexible and supportive nature. She consistently goes above and beyond to ensure clients receive a personalized service, making her a valued member of our team. Outside of work, Brooke enjoys spending quality time with her military husband and two young children.

Debbie joined us in 2019 and is a valued member of team and known as our “ray of sunshine” in the office. She approaches every task with optimism & a helpful attitude. Debbie excels at delivering superior customer service & serves as our dedicated claims liaison, ensuring clients receive prompt and thorough support throughout the claims process.

Kristi is a Sales Specialist that joined the Tim Engle Agency in 2015 and has been known for her resilience, and persistence. She is adaptive and thrives in the ever-changing world of insurance and enjoys the relationships she has developed with our clients over the years. Outside of work, Kristi loves spending quality time with her four children and enjoys bowling.

Sherri joined her husband in 2000 and serves as our Business Manager. Known for her compassionate and solution-oriented approach, she takes pride in helping clients navigate times of great need, restoring their dreams, supporting their families, & finding the right solutions to protect what matters most. Outside the office, she enjoys gardening, pickleball, & spending time with her grandkids.
