Sarah was born in Big Rapids, Michigan, and moved to Topeka when she was young. She graduated from Kansas State University in 2005 with a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration. Sarah has been with American Family since 2011 and became an agent in 2017. She is happily married to her husband of 21 years, Jason Mack, and they have two beautiful children.
