Amber joined Marci's team in February of 2023 however has previously worked with American Family from 2014 to 2017, she missed us! Amber brings to us wealth of customer service experience. She enjoys spending time with her 20 year old son & 18 year old daughter. Amber also has a passion for fishing and hunting while spending time at her cabin.

Luke has recently joined our team and prides himself in giving great customer service. In his free time he likes to travel, attend sporting events, going to movies, and stays very active!

Melanie joined American Family in 2017 and brings with her many years of customer service. She is married to Tim and they have 2 daughters and 2 beautiful grandchildren ages 15 and 11. After years of motorcycle riding, they are now enjoying traveling & being home hanging out with their family.

Renee joined our Team in 2016.She brings with her over 30 years of customer service experience. She has been married to Don for 28 years and they have raised 3 children, Chelsea, Spencer, and Austin. Renee enjoys camping with her family in the State Parks, & new dining experiences.

Tami joined Marci's Agency in 2004. She brought with her 20 years of sales and management experience. Her dad was also an Agent for American Family and her mother worked at American Family Corporate Office. She is married to Jeff and has 4 daughters, son-in-laws, and 3 grandchildren she loves to spoil. She enjoys spending time at the cabin with her family and taking their Harley out on new adventures.
