Kelley started her career as an American Family agent in 2006. She grew her agency from the ground up and in 2009 was promoted to sales leadership where she held the roles of District Manager and Director of Sales for Minnesota. In 2017, she followed her entrepreneurial passion and opened Burnett and Associates in Edina, MN. Kelley and her team are passionate about serving their customers.

Prior to joining American Family Insurance, Kelley worked as a Risk Analyst for Marsh, a Global Risk Management and Brokerage Firm.

Kelley grew up in a suburb outside of Milwaukee, WI. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Madison where she earned a BBA in Risk Management and Insurance. Kelley resides in the Twin Cities with her husband and two children.

When Kelley is not in the office, she enjoys spending time with her family. They love to travel, ski, golf and attend college sporting events, especially for the Wisconsin Badgers.
