Colleen has worked with American Family for over 40 years. Although she wears many hats in the agency, her specialty is in Business Insurance. She is passionate about building long lasting relationships and trust with her clients. Outside of the office she enjoys spending time with family, going to the cabin, hiking and camping.

Debbie is excited to be part of the Burnett & Associates team. Her 23 years of American Family experience will provide our clients an exceptional customer service experience. When not in the office, you will find Debbie biking, enjoying the outdoors and her family.

Jen started with American Family in 2023, after recently stepping away from her role as a classroom teacher. She is excited to share her passion for education by guiding families and businesses in the right direction with their insurance needs. When not in the office, you can find Jen chasing around her little boy and spending time with her husband and dog.

Shelly joined the agency team in 2021. She assists the agency with customer service activities to ensure an exceptional client experience. Shelly enjoys spending time with her family, running and reading.
