Jim Bates is an insurance professional with 4 years of insurance sales, service and dream protection experience. Offering auto, home, life, farm and commercial insurance, Jim can work with you to tailor a package to meet your unique needs and protect your dreams. Having spent a good portion of his youth on a farm, Jim enjoys going out and meeting with farmers to discuss ways to create the unique coverage they need. Jim loves supporting his three children in theater, softball and drumline. When time allows, he is cheering on the Chiefs and Missouri State University athletics.

Nicole "LeAnn" has been with the David Lawson Agency since 2006. Licensed in both property casualty and life, she is here to answer all your insurance questions. When not in the office, LeAnn enjoys spending time outdoors with her husband and daughter.

Stephanie Davis is new to the insurance business and choose to be a part of our American Family team.  With her background being in real estate and title insurance she enjoys working with customers with their home insurance needs. She also offers auto insurance as well. With her three children being grown she enjoys her time reading, listening to the blues and playing in cornhole leagues with her husband.
