Missouri born and raised, Jeff attended University of Missouri College of Business for finance and banking. After the birth of his two children he relocated to Portland, Oregon for 18 years before returning to the St. Louis area in 2016.

Jeff has been the "principal" at Young Agency & Associates for just over five years. He has worked in many different positions in insurance such as President, Executive VP of Sales, District Sales Manager, Agency Owner, and Sales Specialist.

When he is not at the office, Jeff likes to stay active and is an enthusiastic member of his CrossFit gym. Jeff enjoys spending time with his family and likes to get together at the Lake of the Ozarks in the summertime.
