Chris has been working in the insurance industry since 2000. With his comprehensive background working in the agent as well as the carrier sides, he has a unique insight on how a carrier might evaluate and rate certain risks. He takes his knowledge and uses it to help small business owners and homeowner or condo associations by offering information on how to mitigate risks and minimize financial losses that may occur. When he is not helping his clients, he loves to read and spend time with his wife and daughters. He is a cigar aficionado and likes to meet up with friends to enjoy a hand rolled cigar. Chris is also the president of the Warrenton High School Music Boosters organization and he thoroughly enjoys helping with band and choir competitions. He himself played Trumpet, Trombone, Baritone and Tuba in the past and is happy to say his daughters have carried on the tradition with Alto Sax and Trumpet.

Heather comes from a customer service and management background. She transitioned to insurance in 2018 and loves the change because there is never a dull moment in insurance; every day is different. Heather gets satisfaction from being able to help people and wants her customers to know that they are in good hands. She is in Commercial Lines, so she works with clients with small business, rental properties, HOA’s and Condo Associations. Born and raised in Columbia, MO she moved to St. Louis with her two children Kyrah and Xzavier and her two dogs Chache and King. She is an alumnus of Columbia College and graduated with her bachelor’s in business management and finance. Heather loves to spent time with her family, watch shows, eat and play games. She loves to spend time outdoors going to concerts, car shows, laying by the pool and traveling. One fun fact about Heather is she is a pretty good skeet shooter.

Javi is originally from Spain and is bilingual in English and Spanish. His family, back home in Spain, has owned an insurance agency for over 25 years and he himself has been working in the insurance industry since 2010. He enjoys helping his clients protect their dreams, whether it's car, home, and life insurance being he typically works with families. In his free time, he loves to spend most of his time with his wife and two lovely daughters. He loves to travel around the United States and throughout Europe. One of his hobbies is to learn languages which allows him to experience other cultures and get to know people from different countries.

Missy is a Missouri native and grew up in Fenton, she went to Northwest High School. She lived in Washington state for 13 years with her Navy veteran husband but moved back to Missouri in 2013 to be closer to family. Missy has been with our agency since then now and has been in the insurance industry since 1991. She assists small business owners, property managers, condo associations and HOA associations with their insurance needs. Her main goal is to make sure our customer’s dreams are protected. Outside of the office Missy enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, camping, fishing and hunting. She has four rescue Great Danes and a Goffin Cockatoo and she helps rescue and rehome Great Danes. Another passion of Missy and her husband is to do what they can to support those who have given so much to protect our country by participating in many benefits for disabled veterans throughout the year.

Tina has been working in insurance since 2008 and prior to entering the insurance field she worked as a legal secretary for 23 years. Outside the office she manages two investment properties. She mainly assists with business and commercial insurance. In her free time, she enjoys spending a lot of time with family, especially with her two-year-old grandson! Tina also has two cats; Breccan and Willow. She loves reading, listening to all types of music and watching movies or shows.
