Heather is a wife and working mom. Born and raised in Wisconsin, many of Heather’s family members were employed by American Family. She feels as if she’s grown up with the company. In 2002, shortly after American Family opened its doors in Nevada, Heather started as a CSR within an agency and has held many different positions – Sales Specialist, District Manager’s Assistant, and State Marketing Specialist to name a few (all while earning her Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management from UNLV). January 1st of 2020 the Heather Spencer agency became a corporate employee branch now titled Southwest Valley Associates. Heather remains on the team as the Branch Sales Manager.
