I am passionate about helping people, teams and businesses succeed. In my career I have had many different leadership opportunities focused in Operational and Strategic Management. From building and scaling a call center team by 600% over 5 years, leading 100+ people in a retail environment, to a Business Analyst supporting 7 geographic states for American Family Insurance. I am excited to have the opportunity to do more for the community around me by being an Agency Owner with American Family Insurance.
