Josh and his wife Jessica make their home in Sammamish, Washington with their two dogs (Lyndon & Ellie) and cat (Ike). They enjoy spending time with their six nieces and nephews and taking their dogs to the park.

Before joining American Family Insurance serving Redmond, Washington, Josh owned a marketing agency for a decade. He has served as a Planning Commissioner for the City of Sammamish, a Board Member for PAWS (an animal welfare organization) and as the President of Sammamish Rotary.
