Ryan is a native of La Crosse, WI. After graduating from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire, he moved back to La Crosse to pursue a career in financial education. From 2009-2021, Ryan spent his professional career helping his clients meet their personal and financial goals.

Ryan enjoys spending time with his wife, two children, and two Goldendoodles. He also finds some time to play golf, go skiing and mountain biking.
