Alicia has worked for the office since 2012 in both service and sales roles. She now oversees our service team to ensure we are always providing an exceptional service experience for our clients. Alicia grew up on her grandparent's dairy farm in South Wayne, WI. This is where she learned the value of family, hard work and dedication. She enjoys every moment spent with her family and loves crafting, cooking, gardening, canning and baking!

BreeSean brings 6 years of corporate experience at American Family Insurance, coupled with 4 years as a high school math teacher and 5 months as a sales specialist and studio supervisor at Orangetheory Fitness. Originally from New Glarus, BreeSean's dedication to helping others is enhanced by her genuine hometown touch. She enjoys reading and staying active with peaceful walks and workouts!

Elyss grew up in a small town a mile south of the Wisconsin border where she now lives with her partner Taylor, and their 4 kids. She likes spending time outdoors, practicing sports with her kids, spending time with family and friends, camping, and watching football. She comes to us with 4 years of insurance experience and looks forward to helping you and your family!

Joshua comes to us with an extensive professional background. Following his military career, he traveled the country for multiple companies, running and consulting to ensure quality and efficient business operations. After settling down, Joshua’s values have adjusted to focus heavily on family, asset protection and quality of life.

Sheri recently joined our team, but already has 8 years of insurance experience! She is a proud wife, mother and Mimi of two beautiful grandchildren. She loves to read, go on outings with her husband and spend as much time as she can with her kids and grandchildren. Sheri grew up in a small town outside of Freeport, IL and is currently residing in Freeport.
