Frank is originally from Salt Lake City and then lived awhile in Las Vegas but has really been enjoying the slower pace of southeast Idaho, especially the lack of traffic jams! He has worked his entire professional life in an office setting and loves being able to work directly with clients, making sure they get exactly what they need. In his free time Frank likes spending time with family, which is the main reason for relocating to Blackfoot, oil painting and yard work.

Rocio (Chio) Perez, Licensed Billing Specialist, has spent most her life in the Blackfoot area. She is a member of the Aztec dance group Danza Azteca Quetzalcoatl. She enjoys being active in her community as well as outdoors with her family. Rocio is a mother of 3 kids and thinks that our community is a great place to raise a family. She is bilingual and ready to assist you with your insurance needs today!
