Bib joined our agency in the summer of 2016, after her former agent retired. She has over 30 years of experience in the insurance industry, more than half with American Family. She is a great source for general insurance questions. Bib will also be a great person of contact for any billing or claims questions. She is one of the first people to answer the phone and can always be seen smiling.

Cheryl is invaluable in ensuring that we regularly stay in contact with you, our clients, regarding particular coverages. She is also the one that sets and prepares the reviews we have with clients. These reviews are arguably one of the most important things we do with a client after the initial purchase of a policy so we're grateful to have her!

Elizabeth joined our team, full time, in the fall of 2016. She assisted as a part time employee for 1 year before the transition. You can talk to Liz about any policy type - personal (home, auto, umbrella, toys), commercial or business policies (rental and non-owner occupied policies, office, apartments, condo / townhome associations, consultants, etc), and life insurance. She prides herself on a thorough explanation in terms that make sense to you so you know exactly what you're choosing coverage-wise.

Emmy works behind the scenes to ensure that everything we put in motion during our fast-paced days gets done correctly and efficiently. She's the grease on our wheels and ensures that everything is done to the our team's expectations for ourselves in our level of service to you.

Jake from AmFam who doesn’t wear khakis is the go-to for many of us here in the office because he is always willing to help.
