I started my insurance career with American Family Insurance in 2017 as a Customer Service Representative specializing in billing and policy sales and servicing. In 2018, I transitioned to claims as a Property Field Adjuster assisting customers through the claims process.

I enjoy playing basketball, spending time with my friends and family, and watching my children participate in school functions and sporting events.
