          Alisa Kolwitz

          Sales Specialist – All Lines
          Alisa is a lifelong Wisconsin resident. She Joined the Lea Agency in the spring of 2023, bringing over ten years insurance experience to the team. She enjoys spending time outdoors with her two kids and husband. As a family they enjoy hiking, skiing, and swimming. Alisa is a problem solver and is aways happy to help!

          Amy Radloff

          Sales Specialist – Commercial
          Amy is from a tiny town just northeast of Indianapolis, Indiana, and received her degree in Health and Wellness from Ball State University. In 2001, she decided to move to Madison, and by 2002 was working for American Family. In 2009, Amy took a brief break from American Family to be a stay at home mom to her kids Paige and Luke. She started working for The Lea Agency at the end of 2019. Amy’s vacation of choice is up in Northern Wisconsin. Her family means the world to her and you can find her making memories with her kids. Amy has specialized in commercial lines of insurance. Come on over to the DeForest office and have Amy help you with your insurance needs.

          Anna Goulart

          Sales Specialist – Commercial
          Anna & her family moved to Stoughton from Sycamore, IL, in 2019. She attended Western Illinois University in Macomb, IL. She came to work for The Lea Agency after she decided to switch careers, and hasn't looked back! Anna enjoys outside play dates, swimming, and spending time with her daughter. When she's not being a mom, wife, or insurance rockstar, you can find her taking a well-deserved nap!

          Colin Mack

          Agency Branch Manager
          Colin grew up in DeForest and earned a degree in finance from UW- Lacrosse. In June of 2015, he started his career with American Family Insurance. Colin enjoys spending time with his family, especially his brothers. You can check out Colin’s awesome bowling skills (he recently bowled a 299!) at the alley or catch a local baseball game where he is keeping score for the DeForest Deacons. He loves all that DeForest has to offer and is a wonderful asset to The Lea Agency team.

          Dee Dee Sorg

          Sales Specialists – Personal Lines
          Dee Dee grew up in Sauk Prairie where she raised two children, both of whom are military veterans. She has had careers in finance, marketing and teaching people how to ride motorcycles. She now enjoys camping and riding one of her three Harley-Davidson motorcycles. Dee Dee came to The Lea Agency in 2021. She has a great sense of adventure and keeps the agency laughing.

          Lauren York

          Agency Branch Manager
          After a brief stint in the South, Alice is back in the North where they belong, this time in Wisconsin. They attend Madison College and will be majoring in Interior Design and Architecture. Alice joined The Lea Agency in early 2021 as Katy's executive assistant. Alice enjoys writing, playing video games, sewing, and doing every imagineable craft, but nothing beats snuggling with their rescue chihuahuas Jake and Elwood. Even though they don't work directly with policies and claims, they're learning a lot just from listening to their coworkers, and they would be happy to assist you in any way they can!

          Renee Manthe

          Office Manager
          Renee grew up in Deforest and joined The Lea Agency team in 2019. She is a dedicated mom to her two children Leonardo and Magdalena. Renee likes a good cook out with family and friends and enjoy bonfires in the summer and fall. She also enjoys music, vinyl crafting, and traveling. Renee specializes in commercial and personal insurance. She is another friendly face at the office who is here to assist your service needs.

          Tammy Swikert

          Sales Specialists – Personal Lines
          Tammy grew up in Milwaukee but has lived all over the U.S. She is a mother of four children and has two grandsons that are her world! Tammy loves being outdoors when she is fishing, sitting around a good fire with friends and family, or riding her Harley!

          Amy Ziegler is a lifelong Wisconsin resident who grew up on a farm in Sauk County. She began working for American Family in the corporate sector when she was still a teenager. Outside of work, Amy is all about horses - she raises, trains, and competes with Morgan horses. The rest of her spare time is devoted to reading, shopping, and taking care of her small farm.

          Jesse Moon

          Customer Service Representative
          Jesse studied at Marywood University in Scranton, PA, where he majored in Elementary Education with a minor in Mathematics. He became an excellent addition to The Lea Agency in early 2021. When he's not cheerfully assisting with policies and claims, Jesse enjoys hanging out with his family and friends and playing poker, tennis, and basketball. Jesse moved to Wisconsin from Illinois for the best reason of all: love! He lives with his fiancée Jessica, their daughter, and their German Shepherd mix Brie. Jesse and Jessica love dogs and will likely increase their furry family in the near future.

          Customer Service Representative
          Mary grew up in nearby Middleton and graduated from UW-Whitewater, where she majored in History and minored in Political Science. She joined The Lea Agency team in 2021 and has been crushing it ever since. She's close with her parents and sister, who she enjoys spending time with. Mary is the proud mother of a cat that is delightfully named Pinecone. She likes to cook, read, sew, and go to musicals when she's not taking care of business.
