Adrian is certified as Jason’s favorite, mainly due to the fact that he loves cars AND hockey! Despite being a hockey player for most of his life, Adrian still has all of his teeth and hasn’t broken any bones. Baby Adrian dreamed of becoming a race car driver because he thought cars were cool. Now he gets to channel that passion into helping customers with car insurance.

Elisa spent 22 years in the mortgage industry before joining Team Lassen, where she earned the moniker, “E-Money.” She loves spending time with her son, Tallon, daughter, Morgan, son-in-law, Collin, and granddaughter, Ellie. Yes, you read that right… Elisa is a GILF (Grandma I’d Like to buy insurance From)! Elisa’s hobbies include bow hunting, going to concerts, and enjoying a few adult beverages.

Gabi moved to La Crosse to attend UWL and fell in love with the Coulee Region and with Team Lassen! She likes to stay active and spend time with family and is the kind of gal you want on your side when it comes to insurance. Gabi is the type who loves to create spreadsheets when planning her dinner parties; you won’t find anyone with a higher attention to detail.

Hannah has been in the insurance industry since 2017. As a little girl, Hannah dreamed of ruling the courtroom as a lawyer, now she spends her days arguing with Jason and holding court in the office. When she’s not busy quoting insurance, Hannah spends her time writing, traveling, and having family movie nights with her husband, Austin, kids, Liam and Lena, and pups, Nellie and Calvin.

Little Krystine always dreamed of working with animals, so when she got older, she earned an Associate’s Degree in Veterinary Medicine. She made her dreams come true… working with Team Lassen is just like wrangling cats! Speaking of cats, she’s a pet mom to two cats, Willow and Grady, and a dog, Keighley. Krystine, or as we like to call her, Keystone, enjoys kayaking, swimming, and traveling.

Laurel, our Customer Service rockstar, lives in Madison with her two boys, Noah and Isaiah, and three cats, Milo de la Vega, Malik, and Monty-Claire Noodle. Laurel wins the award for most creative pet names in Team Lassen! Born without arms, Laurel takes on challenges as they come, and never has to worry about being asked for help when Jason needs a hand.

Lindsay has been with Team Lassen since July of 2014 & is the head honcho of our Account Executives Team. Lindsay currently resides in Holmen with her boyfriend, Max, and golden-doodle puppy. When she’s not accidentally quoting farms in high-heels, Lindsay can be found buying more clothes that she does not need, eating at trendy restaurants, or breaking a sweat at the gym.

Meet Makayla, the customer service and support savant of Team Lassen! She's a Wisconsin girl through and through, spending her free time hiking, fishing, and bowhunting. So if you call into Team Lassen, know that Makayla is ready to help with the same determination she uses to reel in a big catch or track down a deer!

Marah is an East Coast native who married a Hockey Coach and settled down in the great state of Wisconsin (Go Woodsmen!) with their two children and two dogs. With experience in marketing for several different industries, she came on as the Director of Creativity for Team Lassen after recognizing Jason from a billboard. The rest is history!

Mollie knows that claims are the worst, which makes her a primo Claims Concierge. She is the type of person who stops to help a car accident during a blizzard! When she’s not being a literal angel, Mollie likes to spend time at her family’s cabin up north with her husband, Josh, son, Titus, and daughter, Andie. She enjoys fishing, swimming in the lake, playing volleyball, and over-thinking.

As the eldest of five, Noah practically got a PhD in teamwork and leadership while growing up in Tomah. Juggling full-time studies at UWL and working as an Acccount Manager with Team Lassen is no problem for Noah! When school is out for Summer, Noah is out the door faster than you can say "group project”. You can catch him on the golf course, hunting, or fishing!

Our OG team member, Becky, has been with American Family Insurance for 20 years. She currently resides in Galesville with her son, Wyatt, best friend and husband, Lance, dog, Dixie, and cat, Bully. In her many years of her insurance career she has witnessed children grow up and have children of their own. When Becky doesn't have her insurance-hat on she enjoys being a river rat with her family.

What is there to say about Stephen (with a “PH” not an “F” and pronounced with a “V”)? Metal-head, pen-enthusiast, dad-joke connoisseur, and geographically located the closest to our Holmen office, Stephen is a vital asset to Team Lassen. When Stephen isn’t regaling the office with stories about “back in my day” in the 90s, he spends his time camping, without cell service, far away from people.
