Adam graduated from St Norbert College with a Business Administration degree. While at SNC, he was a part of numerous philanthropy projects, including raising money for and volunteering at Children’s Hospital. Originally from Northern Wisconsin, he enjoys partaking in anything active or outdoorsy. Snowboarding, wakeboarding, skiing, and hiking are just a few of the activities he enjoys!

Alex is a sports activist. He participates in several sports. Alex also loves spending time with his wife, his dog, and his friends. He spends most of his days working directly with our clients, after work you can find him at a gym playing basketball or coaching. Alex graduated from UW- Whitewater with a criminology degree and is excited to make a difference in our great community!

Angie is married to Jeff, they have 2 adult children and a dog. She holds several different licenses; along with insurance, she is a licensed Reading Specialist and K-8 teacher. In her free time she likes to do yoga, travel, read, and watch thriller movies.

Colette has lived in the Lake Country area for the past twenty years. In her free time, she enjoys walking laps at the local YMCA or reading a good book. She is a homebody and is enjoying life with her husband, raising their two year old son.

Ian has worked for Tjugum and Associates for 5+ years. He currently is enjoying spending as much time as possible with his newborn daughter. Ian can’t wait to can’t wait to take her on different sight seeing trips around the state! He is also an avid Milwaukee Brewers fan and is looking forward to sharing his love of sports with his daughter!

Jose was born in Waukesha and grew up in Delafield. He loves the Lake Country area and doesn’t plan on leaving anytime soon! He worked at Jimmy Johns as a store manager for 7 years. He is very family and friend oriented and enjoys spending time around those he loves. Jose has a Blue Belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu and is a big fan of MMA and European Soccer. He loves helping people!

Karissa has a wide variety of sales experience and loves getting to know people. She is a proud animal mom to a beautiful mini dachshund and two polydactyl tabby cats. She enjoys volunteering in her community and runs an organization that inspires young ladies to be their best selves by building important life skills. Her free time is spent with her family, traveling and kayaking.

Kelsie has lived in Oconomowoc most of her life. In her free time she enjoys spending time with family, learning to play new songs on her ukulele and exploring the great outdoors! She also likes to visit her dad as he explores the states in his motorhome.

Mandy, our commercial expert and Office Manager, is a wife and mother of three children. In her free time, her favorite activities include cooking, attending concerts and camping. She and her family can be found traveling in their 36' camper throughout the summer months!

Ross is a Wisconsin native that enjoys all the state has to offer. An avid motorcyclist, he can be found riding most days of the season. Ross is President of his riding club and participates in many motorcycling events throughout the year. He also loves landscaping and gardening, especially at harvest time!
