I like to write out all my to-dos for the next day before I even start my bedtime routine.

I turn my phone off, or at least silence it, about an hour before going to bed.

And I try to go to bed at the same time every night.

That's going to set me up to feel really good for the next day.

On screen: A slide recapping all 5 previously detailed steps appears — make over your wake up routine, get moving, pack healthy snacks and meals, take time for yourself and make bedtime better.

Kellian Kiron: All of these healthy habits set me up for success and feel strong and confident in running my business. And they're simple enough that you can implement them into your own day.
