Kellian Kiron: Be sure to take time for yourself when you get home from work, from school, whatever it is that you're doing.
I like to cuddle up with my dog on the couch, not look at my phone, make sure everything's off, and just have a few moments of calm and quiet.

Kellian Kiron: Lastly, make bedtime better.
I like to write out all my to-dos for the next day before I even start my bedtime routine.
I turn my phone off, or at least silence it, about an hour before going to bed.
And I try to go to bed at the same time every night.
That's going to set me up to feel really good for the next day.

Kellian Kiron: All of these healthy habits set me up for success and feel strong and confident in running my business. And they're simple enough that you can implement them into your own day.
