What is your favorite part about working here?
My favorite part of coming to work is that I know each day is going to be different than the last. It will have new challenges, the opportunity to meet new applicants, & the ability to grow within the company. It is very exciting that I get to work for a company who cares about their employee’s as well as their customers. They offer me many outstanding benefits to demonstrate their care for employee welfare. I enjoy the excitement of new changes always coming to help me become a better recruiter and be able to serve my customers better.

The people! I enjoy learning new things every day from my colleagues in Talent Acquisition, as well as from the managers and leaders in the business areas I support. I also enjoy working for such a reputable company.

The culture! Working for a large, reputable company, yet having the work/life balance needed to be successful and maintain motivation in my role. Being able to learn new things almost daily and having the opportunity to be part of an amazing team in Talent Acquisition. It’s all part of the fantastic culture AmFam provides for its employees.

My favorite part of working here is the opportunity to meet amazing Amfam leaders, learn about the business from a talent need perspective and introduce candidates who can make a difference. Also enjoy the flexibility, autonomy, and the inclusive culture. Best days are treat days, especially when team members bring unique cultural treats!

As an employee, it is an incredible opportunity to work for American Family Insurance. The company provides outstanding benefits, flexible scheduling and opportunities to work from home, and an amazing culture that values inclusion and diversity. As a member of the Talent Acquisition team, I value the people! I love my team, the agents and hiring managers that I support, and the candidates that I get to meet and work with every day. It is a great feeling when I fill a position for an agent or hiring manager while also finding the right home/career for a candidate at the same time.
