Daily Media and Interview Schedule

    8:30 a.m. – Registration opens for UW Carbone’s Race for Research hosted by the American Family Insurance Championship

    10:00 a.m. – 5k Run/Walk begins

    Events:

    9 a.m. – Tournament qualifier at The Legend at Bergamont, Oregon, Wis
    10 a.m. – Media Center opens

  3. Note: Access to grounds is restricted to those with credentials only (no public access)

    Events:

    8 a.m. – Media Center opens
    8:30 a.m. – The First Tee of South Central Wisconsin Skills Challenge
    9 a.m. – Q&A /clinic with pros at driving range
    9:15 a.m. – Junior Skills Challenge (Half to do challenge, half to do tours)
    10:15 a.m. – Junior Skills Challenge group 2 (Half to do challenge, half to do tours)
    11:30 a.m.– Winning team to play #18; others lunch in skyboxes on #18
    12:00 p.m. – Group photo
    6:00 p.m. – Pro-Am party (no public access)

    8:15 a.m. – Opening Ceremonies at 1st tee. Ceremonial tee shot by former American Family Children's Hospital patient. Fly-over from Air National Guard 115th Fighter Wing.
    8:50 a.m. – First-round tournament play; players tee off on 1st and 10th tees. Post-round player interviews in front of Training Center or Media Center interview room.
    5:30 p.m. – Toby Keith, 38 Special and Krystal Keith at Breese Stevens Field

  7. Events:

    8:00 a.m. – Media Center opens
    9:50 a.m. – Second round tournament play; players tee off on 1st and 10th tees.Post-round player interviews in front of Training Center or Media Center interview room.
    2:30 p.m. – Celebrity group tees off Hole #10
    5:00 p.m. – Approximate celebrity foursome Q&A/news conference

  8. Events:

    8:00 a.m. – Media center opens
    10:00 a.m. – Third-round tournament play; players tee off on 1st and 10th tees.Post-round player interviews in front of Training Center or Media Center interview room.
    5:00 p.m. – Approximate Trophy Ceremony on 18th Green
    5:45 p.m. – Approximate Champion interview in Media Center

Inside-the-ropes access: A daily sticker is required. Please see a PGA TOUR Champions representative in the Media Center or contact a member of the Media Relations team for assistance.

Directions to media parking (Lot M): Due to construction and fan volume please give yourself extra time to get to the course. Those with parking passes for the media lot should follow the signs entering University Ridge to Lot M. Staff will be on site to help direct you if needed. Shuttles will be provided for those needing assistance or those with heavy equipment.

Media Center amenities: The Media Center, located in the UW golf team training facility, provides seating and workspace for media. The Media Center will offer high-speed internet access, a large digital leader board and two large televisions showing live telecasts of the tournament. Computer leader boards with real-time scores will also be located throughout the center.

Media dining: Media dining is located in the media work area. Meals will be available for breakfast, lunch and afternoon snack.

Media services: All credential-holding media will receive player interview transcripts via this page. Hard copies will also be available in the Media Center.
