If you have recently submitted an auto claim to American Family Insurance and are not utilizing the Dreams Restored Program. To expedite your claims process, you can follow these simple photo instructions to take the needed photos and help us evaluate the damages to your vehicle. In most cases, all you need to do is submit the requested items via the email your American Family Claims Adjuster has sent you so we can evaluate your damages and get your claim paid and processed. Please contact your American Family Claims Adjuster if you have not received an email to submit the photos of your vehicle.
